- One-button switching to change 24W/48W mode: ATOMSTACK A40 Pro features a new laser design for switching between 24W and 48W output power at the touch of a button. Different modes are activated for engraving and cutting.
- 48W Laser Coupling Technology :Latest 8*6W laser coupling technology with a peak power of up to 48W, ultra-fine laser focus range reduced to 0.1*0.1mm. The engraving and cutting speed is 40% higher than the A30 Pro, comparable to the cutting effect of an 80W CO² laser engraving machine.
- Tank chain collecting: ATOMSTACK A40 Pro also has a unique solution for collecting tank chain wires that are missing from other models. It ensures smooth and tangle-free wire operation, improves structural stability and extends the life of the wire.
- Motion structure: Unlike previous Atomstack machines, the ATOMSTACK A40 Pro features an X-axis with linear guide rail with better structural stability, which allows stable operation at a high speed of 600 mm/s and ensures smooth and wobble-free engraving and cutting lines.
- Non-clogging laser module: The ATOMSTACK A40 Pro laser module has an integrated tool-free focusing module and an air support system to avoid interference from cables. It also has a patented two-layer windscreen design, which ensures long-term use without clogging or soiling the lenses and significantly extends the life of the laser.
- Comprehensive compatibility: ATOMSTACK A40 Pro is compatible with various popular engraving softwares such as LaserGRBL and LightBurn. - R1 rotary roller and F3 laser honeycomb: ATOMSTACK R1 laser rotation roller with 3 jaw sets can hold the object firmly to engrave heteromorphic objects. Simply use the F3 protective panel to protect your table from burning. Smaller contact point design, it is not easy to create a mesh pattern.
