The BLK BOX Goliath Testing rack is the ultimate tool for high performance training and testing. Essentially, this is a highly enhanced version of the , our versatile power rack built from 8 gauge 60mm steel uprights, with multiple holes laser cut for maximum precision and flexibility.

The Smith Machine Attachment with built-in barbell guarantees a self-balancing stabilised weight and allows the user to focus solely on their lift. The bar runs in a fixed vertical plane and racking points reduce the need for a spotter when performing heavy plate loaded movements. The 7 racking points are spaced 250mm apart and the bar can be easily hooked onto a racking point with just a twist. For additional peace of mind, there is an adjustable metal stopper which can be moved up or down to create spotting points. The built-in barbell has 270mm loadable sleeves which can hold a total of:

The Isometric Pull Rack Attachment allows isometric testing and athletic performance measurements through peak force, or rate of force development. This is a safe method of testing maximal strength and is highly practical and time efficient method, particularly in team environments. The fixed rack offers a consistent standard as the athletes can simply replicate the same motion each time. There are 62 numbered slots for the barbell to be positioned on, each spaced 32.5mm apart allowing athletes to adjust based on their specific requirements.
